1. Disclaimer
   Any modifications to intake or exhaust systems or carburetion on some vehicles may not be legal in some jurisdictions. Please check with your local authorities for specific legal standards. The Maxair products are not EPA or DOT approved. Designed for off-road competition use. Purchaser is responsible for proper installation, tuning and compliance with local and national laws. We do not warranty improper installation of our product in any way . All remedies are limited to replacement of product only. Maxair products are installed at the consumer/owner's risk.
   
2. Pricing
   You further agree to all pricing contain in this order. You understand that prices are subject to error and if an error is found in this order, You will be contacted via email to approve the pricing or shipping increase. If permission is not obtained within 48 hrs the order will be canceled. You agree that any sale pricing or promotions will not be retroactive to this order. We are sorry but we are not a large store chain - Maxair Engineering llc does not offer any sort of price guarantee regarding sale prices. Sales start and end without notice.
   
3. Coupons
   Coupons are for web orders only and are restricted ! Coupons are not to be confused with a sale. Coupons must be used on our web site at the time of ordering or no discount is applied. Request for application of coupons after the sale will be denied. Please do not email us for coupons.
   
4. Sales
   In the interest of fairness to all parties sales start on the announced date and end on the announced date. All Sales are subject to end without Notice. You agree that prices are subject to change and may be subject to error. You also agree that any sale pricing or promotions will not be will not retroactive to this order. Maxair Engineering llc does not offer any sort of price guarantee.
   
5. Shipping
   Products are generally shipped within four business days of purchase. Peaks seasons and other issues may effect this timeline. All credit cards are will be charge at the time of order unless an extended delay is expected. You agree and fully understand this.
   
   That said our priority is to ship orders as fast as we possibly can. This does not include shipping time to you. Prices and shipping charges are subject to error. If your order is found to contain errors we will contact you to either cancel order or add the increase charge to your order with your permission. If permission is not obtained within 48 hrs, the order will be canceled. By placing order I agree to all shipping methods, charges handling charges contain in the order unless notified of errors. You also understand that the US postal service provides a delivery confirmation number that is not for tracking. It only provides information when the package has been delivered.
   
6. International Orders
   You agree and fully understand that Maxair Engineering llc is not responsible for any duties, tax, fees or delays incurred while shipping internationally. This includes any errors by Maxair Engineering llc. You the purchaser agree to pay any or all fees incurred while enroute to your international location including any fees that may be in error. You also agree that if any other shipper is used other than UPS Maxair will file a claim on your behalf but replacement of the product will be subject to the time delays of the US Postal Service.
Should there be any errors on our end that effect shipping fees and taxes you agree to pursue this with your local custom agent and/or government. Maxair Engineering with provide corrected paperwork for this purpose but will not accept any liability for theses fees. Under no circumstance do we pay any international shipping fees brokerage fess etc. You understand that UPS in particular charges brokerage fees and agree to pay them in full. Refused packages will be charged all fees, shipping including return shipping and restocking fee of 20%. These costs will not be refunded.
 
7. Technical support and Installation
   Although we provide technical support for our products we DO NOT warranty the installation or proper use of these products. It is up to the purchaser to properly install or hire a mechanic to properly install our products. This includes any engine modifications. Maxair Engineering LLC is not responsible for damage to person life or property due to installation of theses products including excessive speed. All testing should be done by a qualified technician on a closed course. If you have purchased a Maxair product please continue to our technical support forum http://www.maxairengineering.com/garage/  for any or all technical support. You understand that this is our primary technical support tool and agree to register there for your technical support needs. You agree that our technical support runs from 90 days from receipt of product.
    
8. Warranty, Returns and Disputes
   Returns  for refund are accepted for 10 days from delivery of product. Absolutely no refunds are made after 10 days from delivery. Products that have been installed may NOT be returned for refund. No product may be returned without a return authorization number. Returned products are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refundable. Packages without a Return Authorization number clearly marked on the package will be marked return to sender. Products that we resell are covered by that manufactures warranty.

   Maxair Engineering warranties our products to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from date of purchase. Maxair will replace or repair any defective part at our discretion. If you believe you have a defective part you must contact us for instructions on how to proceed to remedy the problem. All remedies are at the sole discretion of Maxair and are limited to the replacement of defect parts only.
    
9. You also agree that you am the authorized user of the credit card being used to make this purchase.
