For those who wish to remove the carburetor fuel shut off solenoid on 2006 and newer V Star 1100 (California 2004 or newer) , this kit will do the job. The carburetor solenoid cuts fuel flow well before red-line, as a safety feature for the stock catalytic converters. This product will stop this from happening!

Once you have changed to an aftermarket performance exhaust pipe without a catalytic converter this kit will eliminate this cutting off of fuel before red-line. This is a very simple and straightforward install and is completely reversible.
