Makes my life 10x easier when i pull my carbs, burn my hands far less and can actually see what Im doing instead of guessing how far I turned it. Extra step of putting them in a protective tray for shipping gets bonus points.

If you have tried to adjust your carbs before without these...and then you decide to rejet or better yet install the pro kit, then the little extra for these screws is a No Brainer. Installed mine and marked them after the recomended starting point with a drop of red paint on the outsid of each screw so I knew where the starting point was for fine adjustment. Great product, and saves a lot of frustration later down the road. Thaks Max.

What I did when installing these with the Preditor Pro kit was to mark them with a Perminent Ink Marker so that the mark is visable when gently seated to the outside of installed carb...meaning I can see them when carb is installed and simply count the turns. Great when adjusting to find that perfect spot. Can't do that with the stock screws. A must have.

The most necassary item for your VSTAR with or without the MAX PRO. My bike runs smoother not because the Original wasn't any good, but because these allow easier access for adjustment. Just make sure to follow the MAX Tip and mark the Knob as per instructions. My wife's nail polish worked well!
