Max air kit made a huge difference in performance and throttle response to my motorcycle compared to OEM stock. Highly recommended for anyone who is wanting better performance and reliableity and durability. The instructions are very clear and presentable when working on the motorcycle and specifics. Make sure you read the instructions before starting the kit installation.

I bought my 2010 V Star 1100 Classic used and the previous owner had installed the Max Air Predator Pro kit along with with all the extras and a rather ... "Inventive" PCV system of his own design. It was a disaster! Incredibly ugly design that did not vent properly at all! Being totally unfamiliar with this kit, I sent an email to Max Air with a photo of the mess I had and asked for some guidance. To my surprise Max himself called me back! What an incredible guy he is, super friendly and after a few minutes of laughter at what I had to deal with, Max got down to business! He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and clearly had a good sense of humor! We discussed a few options, he asked what I was thinking of doing, I told him and he thought it would work just fine. So I thanked him very much for his expertise and told him I would let him know how it all worked out. Well after 12,000 kms I can say it worked out great! The power was so smooth, I didn't even realize how fast it was until a buddy wanted to play around, well my bike (named 65 Special) just left him in the dust! I used less fuel than him all day to boot! We cruised home at 110 kph just enjoying the rest of the day. I got 60 MPG on that last tank and 55 MPG on the tank we were playing around on! I can absolutely recommend this system!
I have used Max Air battery cable kits on a few of my bikes and that product is top quality as well!

Purchased and was shipped so fast. Have problem because I broke pilot jet so I call and receive replacement free asap. They customer support is out of the chart. So helpful on the phone and I’m not easy customer I have millions questions and the guy was so good answering them and helping. I can’t say how is running because is still cold here but I’m sure it be fine

Upgraded the exhaust a few years back and I thought the small upgrade in performance was sufficient. Decided to upgrade the intake/carbs with the Predator Pro kit and WOW. Adjusted valves, installed the kit, synced carbs and when I took the bike out for a country ride it felt like a totally different and powerful machine. Instructions are very helpful and easy to follow.

This is probably the most dramatic increase in performance I have ever encountered for a motorbike dollar for dollar. It really turns the tame little 1100 into bit of a rocket-ship. On top of that the bike starts better and achieves better fuel economy. I made a mistake during installation and Max took the time to call me personally and explain how to work through the problem. I can wholeheartedly recommend this - make sure you get the CSR and Maxmix screws to go with the predator kit. It is really a complete package.

I've always wanted a bike to keep up with the big guys. Just couldn't seem to do it with my 09 Vstar 1100 until Maxair. I wanted more power and economy so I did the normal things, big air intake, exhaust just wasn't quite enough. Being skeptical as most of us are, wasn't sure about Maxair. So after reading reviews and testimonial I bought it. Now I have to wait on the big guys. Every thing said about it is true. Take your little pudder and make it a screaming beast and that's no joke. When I twist the throttle off by the time I reach 5 gear I'm at 80 . And that's with out the rev-limit shut off. Plus from 35-37 mpg to 42-45 mpg . Which is unheard of with carbs. Do your 1100 a favor and bring it to its fullest potential get Maxair. P.S. the thumb screws are worth the $$ !! Thanks Max !
